Deadlift

8-8-8-8-8
Hit 110 x 8. Back started to feel tight so didn't push it.

Met Con

Partner workout.
20 minute running clock for AMRAP. You rest while partner works.

10 Wall Balls 9KG
8 Burpees
6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Score 18 + 21.

Hung about mobilising after then an mate turned up so I did the same Met Con again.

Was a lot harder the second time and he was fresh so I had less rest. Got 18+5 Rounds.
