Morning WOD

Find 1 rep push press max
Then 5x3 push press then 5x5 push jerk that weight

Did 180lbs

Was a good workout which basically became a OMEM or OMEOM between partner and I. Was about 1 min rest between push presses and about 1:30-2:00 mins between push jerk. Got some good cardio in at end of it

Been gone from the world of exercise due to heart problems (have A-Fib). Been tested and while wearing a monitor was hitting 280BPM while exercising and even had a 315 BPM while just driving down the road. Needless to say I was constantly wiped out.

Doing electrical stuff later this month but doctor has cleared me to ease back into it while on the beta blockers I'm taking now. Who knew bad genes could be so bad. (Family history of Heart Issues)


GSLP
Strict Press 135x10
20lb W Chins 1x8, 1x6
Squat 285x12

Felt the work and effort of the lifting but pushed through it. Overall I felt good being able to lift. Will jog tonight some but glad to be moving!

Did some WODs last week while traveling. Got to love hotels with lap
Pools for making swimming such "fun"

Today

400m lunges for time.

21:28

By 100-150m the quads started getting real tight. The area for this at the box is a combo of uphill/downhill which made it a real test.

Overall glad to be back in the box.

Quads stilll sore from the 400m Lunge fest...

Today was Strict Press day @ gym. for x2 max

Hit 185x2 (pr) and hit 190x1 (pr)

Good day felt the last one
