For time:
20 Single unders
20 Thrusters, 30 pound barbell
20 Wall ball shots, 13 pound ball
20 Back extensions
20 Push press, 30 pounds
20 Ab-Mat Sit-ups
Walking Lunge, 20 steps
20 Plate swings, 25 pounds
20 Assisted Pull Ups
20 Box jump, 15 inch box

Back felt much better. I gassed out after ten pull ups.

RX is Clean and Jerk. There really isn't a sub for me to do so I did seated Shoulder Presses 5-5-5-5-5
