the 'Viv'....

pushpresses and L-chinups (legs straight 0ut)


3 sets....21-15-9 pp's then chins. 1st set 0f 21 pp's with 95 lbs. 2nd set with 125 lbs. 3rd set with 155!! she did it! can y0u!
