Re: looking for a good strength program

If you look through old threads you'll find this has been asked many times before... What are your goals, and what are your lifts like now?

Re: looking for a good strength program

Since it's your first post I won't just slam you for not searching...but off the top of my head a few good ones are SS, CFFB, CFSB, OPT, Chris Mason's Westside/CF program, 5/3/1, and Texas Method.

As mentioned above it depends what your current lifts are, how long you've been strength training, what your goals are, how often you want to train, etc.

Re: looking for a good strength program

Do you have access to the CF Journal? If so, give my Conjugate CF program a try. It will do exactly what you want.

I would try Muscle & Fitness magazine, or Flex.

Whoa whoa whoa, let's leave the advanced programs to the experts, Brian.

I hope you're not insinuating Pumping Iron isn't the sweetest movie ever made...
