A really good training program..

Hi everybody,
Iam pretty new to this crossfit thing, but really like it a lot.
I have been training/working out fore the last 15 years.
Some years at elite levels in Triathlon, cycling..
The running gave knee injuries so it stopped me a bit.

The last couple of years, i have been working out 5 days a week, and building mass..

I love cadio a wod gives you, but would really like to mainting a bit of mass..

Iam use to a tough training shedule, but some help with such a program..
That has both, strength and cardio...

Do any of you, have a program similar to that???

Thanks : )

Troels

Check out http://www.crossfitfootball.com wfs

You can also just add an extra strength lift at the beginning of a workout a few times a week. 3x5 squat, deadlift, press, etc etc

Troels..
The standard Crossfit program is a 12-day program (4 cycles of 3 workouts and 1 day off) but this is for someone who is focusing on Crossfit. For someone who is not able workout over the weekend, it would be a two-week program (2 cycles of 5 workouts and two days off). Someone who participating in a sport would have to adjust the program to fit their schedule.
