I've been doing the Paleo thing for a couple months, but growing tired of the same things. I look up acceptable foods and I buy them at the store. Then I come home and look up recipes; I find a few recipes that sound yummy but they all include butter, or sour cream, or milk, or cheese, and all of them include salt, etc. So then I continue to search for recipes that won't be too hard to convert to Paleo. I usually get tired of looking for recipes and just want to eat so I end up throwing something together thats not all that tasty and then I go back to eating the same ole things for a while.

Do Paleo cookbooks exist? If so, what's a good a one? I need some spice in my life! :-)

The Performance Menu has several recipes in every issue. The Paleo Diet books have some in the back too if I remember correctly. Art DeVaney(sp?) posts alot of what he eats on his blog and Cordain's website might have some too.

I know what you mean about variety. I usually end up eating meat and broccoli only and burn-out in short order.

We are releasing a cookbook featuring Scotty Hagnas of CrossFit Portland in just a few months. I'll update when it's released.
