Progress...I think

So less than 30 days ago I did my first free workout.
Session 1 of 10 my first personal cf session went like this:
200m row
12 9 6
squats
push ups
body rows
200m row

I finished in 15:38 and I think we even lowered to 12 6 3......

Today and 10 sessions later.... I did the same work out and finished in 7:34!!!!

This week I feel great, have really had a handle on my diet and nutrition and my stomach feels alot slimmer (will do my measurements tomorrow)

Tomorrow I start my first cf with other ppl in the box and im very excited and nervous at the same time

That's all for now, I just wanted to share my accomplishment w everyone

Re: Progress...I think

That's quite an accomplishment, almost halved your time.

I'm in exactly the same boat, have first 'proper' class coming up shortly. A little bit daunting.

Re: Progress...I think

Congrats Allison, and YES that is progress. Make yourself a workout log(here in the log section) to track further progress. That and people will support you by posting on your log.

Remember to eat ENOUGH or you will hit a wall and crash. You NEED fuel for you body more now then befor. Keep at it.
