Also I have no desire to participate in any of the local CF gyms programming. Most places have little to no open gym time available so I can come in and workout on the program I follow. I like doing the group thing like once a week, however I don't really care if I workout by myself or with a dozen other people. .

Just a few....what's funny, is I really don't try to talk people into doing Crossfit. It may come up, they'll ask me some questions, then the excuses start to fly. If they don't want to do it, no skin off my back. What their failing to see is that they really don't have to justify it to me. It's their body/life...do what you want...

yes, "too old" is one i have heard alot. not just with CF but with any exercise.
