I do the following several times a week: circuits rotating through upper, middle, lower.

Like, 30-40 seconds of pushups, then to flutter kicks, then to bodyweight squats, then to pullups, then to crunches, then to burpees, then to dips, then to atomic situps, then to lunges, etc. etc.

Or occasionally, just repeating one set of upper middle and lower. push, kick, squat, push kick, squat, etc. or change the types of pushups you do, regular, wide, diamonds.

Or change the type of pullup to do.

No rest in between exercises or sets.
