tiny lap counter?

Been doing intervals but I having a hard time remembering how many I've done in a session. Wondering if there are any mechanical or electrical counters or other memory aids to keep track of sets (e.g., running not stationary).

I was thinking there might be some sort of wrist-based counter or even a finger or thumb ring type counter available.

Use case: Run-jog-run-jog-run-jog, repeat a lot. I'd like to be able to sort of just click off a "run" each time I finished.

I know about the larger mechanical hand clickers, but since I am going to be running....I was looking for something light and simple.

Re: tiny lap counter?

I have a casio G-shock trainer watch that will count up to 99 laps. There are swim watches that count much higher than this and have an easy to access button on top. Might try "lap watch swimming" google search.

Stopwatch with "split" button. Or interval timers. Timex Ironman, has some real good features, can get them for $20 at outlet malls.
