Check out the Houston Kettlebell Club in League City. Last I was there, they had Dragon Door and a cheaper brand. I recommend their introductory workshop, as well. Very worth it.

Also try local Play It Again Sports stores. Even if they don't have any used bells in stock, they usually carry new bells competitively priced.

Winston Fitness on Shepherd carries KB's up to 100 lbs. If you're looking for one's for a woman (i.e. 8-15 lbs) I've had good luck with the one's from Target. I didn't find Play It Again Sports to be very helpful or carry more than Target/Wal-Mart would.
