Re: What doesn't kill Natasha

Push Press 1-10-1-20-1-30

95x1
75x10
100x1 (PR!)
65x(12+3+5)
95x1
55x20, DNF

Last night my right elbow started to hurt, without any apparent reason, all of a sudden. It didn't bother me much, and I even did 85 Lbs push press with it just for fun. And it was ok. This morning I completely forgot about pain and was kind of surprised when I demonstrated burpee and had the pain back. ANyway, I decided to proceed with the WOD.
My elbow was ok at heavier loads, but first 5 reps of the last set (of 30) worsened the pain significantly and I decided to stop. It still hurts

Were those Clean and Jerks?? Good job! Our press and jerk numbers are almost identical-- I still haven't tried to get 100# overhead yet, but I think I can. That's big weight for us little people, huh?!

Re: What doesn't kill Natasha

Thank you Suzanne! Yes, I was so happy to get 100 Lbs overhead for the first time I am sure you can do it too, I saw your numbers, you are a little bit stronger than me. Keep up your good work and I will wait for your first 100 Lbs overhead announcement

Re: What doesn't kill Natasha

With a continuously running clock, do

AMRAP bar dips the 1st minute,
AMRAP GHD sit-ups the 2nd minute,
AMRAP KB swings at 35 Lbs the 3rd minute, and
AMRAP pull-ups the 4th minute.

Rest 1 minute and repeat for 4 rounds.

Dips: 8 - 6 - 6 - 7 (27)
GHD: 19-18-17-15 (69)
KBS: 15-16-16-16 (63)
PUs: 10-11-10-10 (41)

Total: 200 reps
