Scale or wwyd
My workout today was 2X5 deadlier with defect, and then 1.5 K row followed my 3 rounds of 10 pull-ups and 25 lbs at 1.5 pod. I can do 8 strict pull-ups and about 8 kipping depending on how tired I am. Should I lie and ring row as to have done the first round unbroken

Re: Scale or wwyd
I am interpreting this as 3 rounds of 10 pull-ups and 25 kettlebell swings....looks like you got hit with the auto-correct bug!
![]() 30 pull-ups is not a lot if you can do 8 strict. If it doesnt feel good kipping them, then stop...otherwise just get after it! |

Yes I got hit with auto correct. I started each round strict then finished with kipping.
