Book Review - Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength

Brief Review and Link to Willpower Post
In my workout log, PaleoZone vs Morbid Obesity: An Odyssey (WFS), I occasionally write up lengthy and hopefully informative posts on some topics relating to nutrition. For example, a while back I wrote a review about a food encyclopedia, The World's Healthiest Foods - A Reference Book Recommendation (WFS). (One of the ways I find the wherewithal to sustain to a long term fat loss regimen is by turning it into a huge research project and then blogging about it.)

My most recent book review is, Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength by Roy F. Baumeister & John Tierney (WFS).

Since willpower is key to sticking with any nutritional regimen, I thought I would share this book recommendation with the folks here in the CrossFit Nutrition forum. Willpower features lots of useful information about the importance of willpower, the latest research on it, how to strengthen it, and how to conserve it and use it wisely. Best of all, the book features an entire chapter on the subject of dieting and willpower.
