Where do you find your head trainers?

I am in the process of opening an affiliate in an area where there is no existing affiliate for 50+ miles. There is certainly a demand in the area and I am anticipating a lot of members. I will not be able to run the box full-time, but I would like to hire a head trainer to work with me. My question is: Has anyone ever hired a head trainer from out of town? How did you find them? Any advice? Is there anyone out there with L-1 certification, experience, and willing to relocate, looking to be a head trainer at a box?
