I'm totally stoked about this. I wanted double bodyweight for reps before the cert!! We got it on video too...I'd upload it and post it but Anthony is pretty particular with how files are saved and uploaded...so it's best that we wait until he gets back from BJJ.

Here it is!! Double bodyweight for 5 reps! I know my hips come up a bit fast, it's something that I'm working on. And the reason I reset between each rep is so that the weight is at a full dead stop before I pull. (I'm still grinning about this...)

Chin-up 1RM: 78 @ 115, 67.8% (7.5 lb PR)

I was hoping to break 70%, but I couldn't finish the pull.

Nice DLs Jodi, very impressive! Love the socks too. Do they keep you from getting 'dead treads'?

I only managed 185# for 5 (130% of BW)

Great work Jodi- that's awesome!

While my OH squats definitely improved during this competition, I think my deads might have gotten worse...I see lots of remedial DLs in my future

Total: 389

Finished with some weighted chins: 4x3x40, 1x3x55
