Power Systems Pull-Bar and Kipping

Before anyone jumps on me, I did try to use the search function and I did not see this addressed

For those of you with the Power Systems "chin-up" bar is kipping possible? It looks like it is 16" from the wall?!

We are limited on space and our floor mounted pull-up stations need to go. I was thinking about AF portable bars, but they are out of stock.

Any input or recommendations?

Re: Power Systems Pull-Bar and Kipping

It depends on how you kip and who "we" are. If you have a compact kip ala Annie or Brett Marshall, that bar will be fine. If you swing big like Eva, that bar won't do. The more people you have in your group, the more likely you are to need more room for the 'big swing'.
