I found a great watch yesterday that I had to share.
One function of the timer is it has multiple time settings. I set if for a 20 sec count down, then 10 sec count down, then it repeats itself. It beeps constantly through the work set and is silent in the rest.
Also the stopwatch will remember 100 split times for each workout.

The best part is it is I got it on sale at REI for under $20.

Looks great for intervals (note the price; get it at REI, not here; w/f safe links below):

I recently got this stopwatch (not a watch) from Seiko:

and like it for the dual interval timers and lap timing. But it was certainly more ($70) than 20 bucks.
