Can anyone guess what is inside Castro's head

What are the regionals going to be?

Teen's games?

Master's games?

Individual games?

I bet that they will have the same workouts for the teens and the masters.. makes sense... same days.. why switch the equipment and rigs.

Master/Teens- Which max will they have this year? OHS just like the individuals last year. Castro had a hard on last year for the OHS... they had a max and it was on the rope climb/ OHS workout at the end of the games.

Master/Teens- Are they going to have a running workout on the first day like usual? They have done one a few times over the year? What about double helen? See if the old dudes are in better shape than the individuals a couple of years later? It also has a max s2o at the end.. that should sort people out quick?

Let me know your thoughts?

Yea thats exciting to watch...

I know there was the 1/2 marathon row and I know that there needs to be many things (including the boring, grind stuff), but the more it heads towards the Speed Clean Ladder (2014) and Cinco 1 and Cinco 2 and away from Max distance Softball throw and Murph type stuff, the better for all those watching.

Richard you have a point.. I just love Murph and its one of the wheelhouse workouts.. would test the old people's recovery. The row would be brutal.. maybe good fun also.. not much for spectators..

Re: Can anyone guess what is inside Castro's head

If they are going to have the Masters & Teens compete at the track facility, it makes sense to use the facilities they have.

So some kind of workout with 400m runs, a barbell movement, and/or something on a rig.

On the other hand, if they ditch the track facility, and just use the soccer stadium, I think they'll have the running up hill and over the berm like they did for individuals the last 2 years.

I would love to see a Murph... Straight through with a weighted vest for the individual competitors. I would also love to see a team version with the run and reps synchronized with the male and female parts of the team as separate components.

I'm going to take a long shot and guess that his brain is inside his head.
