Well, I'm glad the WHO has narrowed down the causes of obesity and general unhealthiness. According to the new research, all I have to do to be healthy is stay away from any industrial made products and start smoking. As long as I take the health pill, I'm not responsible for my physical well-being at all.
What a bunch of crap.

these things all may contribute. but bottom line is that even if the AC is making you eat more, if you're not eating big macs, that shouldn't be that much of a problem.

and the quitting smoking line is easily one of the lamest things i've ever heard.

at least the last paragraph is reasonable:

"It's a very complex story, it's not a single issue," said Rigby. "But the overarching question is how much we consume and how much we burn."

When it comes to them having to give toddlers heavier toys to increase their fitness i think there is something seriously wrong with society!

I agree with you Don. Wow, that's real scary. I suppose cardio training comes in by putting a sippy cup in front of them while they have to run on a treadmill to get it. Someone stop the madness.

*shakes head*
It's sad that people are always looking for a) an excuse beyond their own willpower (which even the stuff in this article comes down to willpower) and b) a magic pill to fix their ills.
