Creating your on WOD!!!

So after I injured myself a couple of weeks ago (see post in Injuries section... short story is on my last set of deads I felt a pop right around my upper lat, teres maj area, which is healing pretty good but still can not do pull ups or deads) I found that I have been having to sub a lot of the WODs to even creating my own, can be fun, but as you see above two types of movements which we see a lot of CF are now out till I am fully recovered... any suggestions!

Re: Creating your on WOD!!!

Now it seems like a good time to work the lower body.

If I were in that situation, I would look for a good 20-rep max squat program. It will help keep your overall strength up, and you will get plenty of work on your mental game too.

I havent done one before - but am thinking of giving it a try. I have a slight tweak in my shoulder that doesnt stop me from doing anything, but once my rugby season is over, I would like to give it some time to heal without causing a major break in training.

Thats a good idea, I should hit legs harder... they are my weak point... What is this 20 rep max program you speak of? I am kind of clueless on it.
