The distance monitor on the row machine in my gym is broken. I was wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for how to keep track of the distance on the 500 meter rows on today's wod.

Aaron ... did you catch the note on this in the comments for today? I would echo the "just under 2:00" estimate. At the beginning of todays WOD I was doing about 1:45 ... at the end about 1:55. I am no crossfit monster ... generally my results are in the lower half. Larry
