I can keep Diana company babysitting the cooler, and holding the video camera.

Well, maybe Diana should hold the video camera.

Take it easy, there, JJ....if you feel up to it, remember, you can do a half-intensity workout.

Hi Everyone,

We are planning a ACF bowling night, let me know which night works better for people Friday or Saturday and what dates people want to go and we will try to put something together.

I was going to just do strength this week and only come in a few times so I could always start it tomorrow instead. I'll see how I feel later. Somebody needs a nap.

Any night works for me for bowling but I'm a horrible bowler so I should be on the bad team.

im in for bowling. we can bowl for a total team score and the losing team(s) shoudl have to do like a double fran or a 10k or something brutal.

half intensity weeks? what about double intensity weeks...

How about this?

Winner is highest score. If you lose by 10 pins you do 10 burpees, all the way down to last place? Or, 2 teams, losing team has to do a workout that the winning team comes up with or something like that.

Oy.......CrossFit Total of 880!

Yep, 880. because it's half intensity week I'm gonna put it out there that this was due to two whole days off and a couple light days. So, though I hate to rest with a passion, it might just help.

After "missing" at 290 (1 more inch of non-*** lowering negged it for me) I hit a 275 squat. So I'm bummed, right? But a 155 press and a 450 deadlift made up for that.

880. PR city! I feel like I could eat a hippo.

FGB friday, 260 not to happy with that, I will get those extra reps per set to make it 300 next time,1/2 rx'd Beowulf today 25:35, not happy with that either.I am however ready to post some totals with you guys this week.I would like to see some scary Luke-esque numbers. probably wont get in until tomorrow night.

Congrats Luke on the PR! Jay, now that my fever's down, I think I can ease back in. I wonder what half intensity will feel like after being so drained. Probably twice intensity. Assuming I can do the normal warm-up, (minimal coughing) I'll do strength work this week.
