Fred, try this, we did it yesterday.

5 rounds for time:
50 squats
40 situps
30 lunges
20 pushups
10 burpees

Great back to back days for the evening folks! We had some members complete a 5k run and a few people hit some nice PRs - John M., Andrea, and Yvonne! Jess also had a great run.

Everyone else did work on the WOD. It was a killer workout that was basically 150 squats but emphasized the importance of hip extension. Nice to have Josh's friend Angie back in town. Andy "I have a Hernia" Chung, and Josh both hit the WOD with 95lb. thrusters and SDHP, while Thor did it with the brand new 70lb. Kettlebell. Luke had broken the KB in earlier in the day with "Eva" now that he had run out of excuses for ducking that WOD!

Check the site for a great new video of Niki doing overhead squats, should be up shortly.

Check out the HQ WOD, I'd like to hit it tomorrow and we'll offer lots of scaling!

And as Jay (somewhat incorrectly) stated I "broke in" (not "broke") the new kettlebell, which is awesome and is my newest bestest buddy. I love that kettlebell, I do. I love it so much I wanna take it behind the gym and get it pregnant.

Jay also thought Off was spelled with one F. He rode a short bus, don't blame him.

So it looks like I either gotta figure out how to haul my fatass up a rope, or Jay better find a bunch of towels at the front desk. Either way my grips gonna be toast later I can just see it.

It's a bad construction.

"break in" is called a phrasal verb or compound verb. When you separate the phrasal verb from the object---in this case, the kettlebell---you confuse the reader.

It's equivalent to writing, "On St. Patrick's Day, the burglar broke the yellow house into." Into what? Itsy bitsy pieces? Should be, "On St. Patrick's Day, the burglar broke into the yellow house.")

Sorry, Jason. Niki's got you this time, but I'm sure she loves you anyway!
