15m to find 10RM OHS, from floor
did a couple sets of 5 at 65 and 85lbs to warm up, 2 attempts
105x10
115x8, lost it at the bottom of the 9th. oddly, 115 was easier than 105 until i lost tension

20m AMRAP
1 TGU each side - 16kg KB
3 strict PU
5 strict HSPU (banded)
7 SLS each side

6 + 1 pull up

10m to find 5RM unbroken/touch & go clean
rest 2m, then
stadium-style
15-12-9
power clean (95/65)
burpees

warmup sets of 3-5 cleans at 105 and 125
did 135 and 145lbs - not going to lie, kind of hope erin got my set of 145 on video because i felt like an animal

went third for the sprint piece, didnt even think to watch the clock, probably did it in 3 minutes or so

event 3
rotating through 4 stations - each a 60s AMRAP
pull ups (18)
wallballs (?? 25?)
135lb deadlifts (again ?? - maybe 37?)
burpees over bar (...20?)

events 4 and 5
12m on the clock
row a 2k

thrusters (95/65)
30 DUs
ladder work had to be done inside of a chalked circle

did not have to row (thank god) - rotated in and out on thrusters and DUs. most of my DUs i hit 25-27 unbroken before i floated out of the circle
i think our 2k time was 7:25ish, got through <10 of the round of 30 thrusters

all in all, i was destroyed and i had a blast

2/8 rest

2/9 open gym...good god

planned on doing my normal snatch complex and then HSPU work
snatching was pointless - i could not pull anything back at all. ended up doing maybe 5-8 sets total, most of them at 85lbs, failed a few at 95

then 8 sets, on the 90s
power clean + front squats
2 sets at 105lbs with 5 squats
2 sets at 115 with 5 squats
2 at 125 with 3 squats
megafail at 135, so...6 sets seemed good enough

10m EMOM of 3 HSPU
1 set of 5 with abmat to warm up
6 sets with abmat + 45s
started failing the third rep, and then the second
finished up with just abmatx5

accelerate re-test - numbers from day 1 here - still pretty beat up from friday, so knew that this wasn't going to be a big strength day

been a while since i updated these.

last year around this time here

BW 150-153ish depending on the day
back squat - 235lbs; 96kg/211lbs for a triple a few weeks ago (1RM is up 10lbs from last year)
front squat - 200lbs/91kg; have not maxed this for a couple months but hit 89kg/196lbs last time (no change)
strict press - 93lbs. have pressed this for a single and for a double. (ha. up 6lbs!)
deadlift - 325lbs (up 10lbs)
clean & jerk - 70kg, consistently hitting 65-68kg (1RM up 5kg, consistent numbers up about 10kg)
snatch - 120lbs/54kg, consistently hitting 110lbs/50kg (1RM up 3kg, consistent numbers up about 5-10kg)
hang clean 155lbs
hang and high hang snatch 120lbs

complexes:
3 position clean & jerk - 65kg
high hang snatch/hang snatch/OHS hold - 120lbs

bodyweight movements:
strict pull ups - 5-7 unbroken depending on grip; 25lb weighted (little to no change)
strict c2b - 3-5 unbroken depending on grip
pistols - still on my toes, but working on it
HSPUs - games standard (45s & abmat) still consistent, still nothing strict (no improvement, probably some setback)
kipping PUs/c2b - rotator cuff is getting better, still a work in progress. 10 unbroken PUs, likely no more than 5 unbroken c2b (little to no change)
muscle up still zero (ugh)

I'd like to add that AT THE VERY LEAST.... you are now sitting pretty high VERY FREQUENTLY in a STRICT MU which, with everything that's been going on is the ONLY MU you've been seriously able to practice. I'm just saying... I remember last year, and you weren't ANYWHERE near that.

That's supposed to be encouraging.

Also, I'm glad to hear T2B are feeling ok on the shoulder!
