Just got back from the doctor who diagnosed two injuries... first infrapatellar tendonitis (I figured on that one and can work around it I believe) but the one that happened during the workout was diagnosed as EITHER a strained pectoral muscle or possibly bicepial tendonitis...

ANY ADVICE?????
