xfit and chondropathy
Hi everybody,
I'm a traditional martial arts practitioner from Rome - Italy who trained in crossfit for one year only but fell in love with the system. Unfortunately the sharp shape of my tibia and a valgus knee lead me to a 3rd degree chondropathy to my left knee. I'm kinda desperate, and in need of suggestion. Is there any way to continue in crossfit? How should I adapt all the heavy loads and squat type exercises in order to have a balanced training / body? Thank you all in advance! Riccardo |

Re: xfit and chondropathy
If you mean that you have some arthritis in the knee, typically I recommend continuing to exercise in my patients as long as they don't do things that cause them to have significant pain or limp. Most people say they feel better when they exercise an arthritic knee.
