5'9 155#s

maxed out at bodyweight overhead squat today, and then got 205 in the front squat! thanks crossfit.

Man, I still haven't gotten a bodyweight overhead squat yet. You and all the other newcomers really need to slow down in your progress before you start to make me look even worse.

2. 1 rep with bodyweight + 50lbs.
