You hit it outta the park with those two hard boiled eggs... keep up the good work?
Sadly, lunch is a challenge because I work in a relatively remote area and getting 'real' food after a WOD, especially with time constraints, doesn't always come easily. So while today isn't a totally accurate representation of my food log, it *is* a relatively safe picture of how my calories look coming into the dinner hours.

I knew I rocked the eggs.

We all work in remote areas with time constraints and blah blah blah.

Buy a cooler. Pack your lunch. Make sure it's huger.

There ya go.

Re: Am I eating enough?

Breakfast: scramble three eggs in coconut milk and butter with three strips of bacon or an equivalent amount of ham. Double the amount of fruit. 830 calories. (Take the extra fruit with you as a snack if you don't want that much in one sitting.)

Lunch: 4 hardboiled eggs. Dump the chicken soup. (Read the label to see why.) Replace the peanut butter with a double handful of almonds. 724 calories.

8 oz glass of whole milk with each meal: 300 calories

Total: 1854 calories, and you haven't had dinner yet.

If done right, you should never want to look at eggs again.
