Hi Everyone

I have been looking for new ways to train and came across this site a couple of weeks ago. I hit a Gold mine!

A bit of background. I have trained since I was 15 in any way that would push the envelope. I am always on the lookout for better ways to stay in top shape. I eat only the best foods to supply my body with the nutrition it needs to function at its best. I love to train and can't wait to get onto the crossfit bandwagon!

I have been reading everything I can here and am very impressed with what I have seen.

What a great group of people to learn from.

Take care and train Hard. Wild Bill : )

If there are any people here from Victoria B.C. it would be great to hear from you!

Bill, just thought you'd want to know that CrossFit Vancouver is opening soon. I imagine they'll post an announcement once their doors are open. You may want to look them up next time you're across the water that way.

Welcome, and have fun.

Excellent! I will be in Vancouver in either Feb. or April teaching a few seminars. I would love to work out there if there is time.
