Moment Of Panic..please help

Due to my worrying nature, ive just had a thought about my L1 crossfit Cert in Wales.

I got to a section on my app form and it asked if i was an attendee or a guest admin or something. I got confused n this and put attendee. I will get the actual test wont i at thje end of it?..i would just want a attendance certificate i pref want the whole deal with written test included.

Pleas Please someone enlighten me,

Thanks

Don

You will get the test - I think that the guest option is for those who have a scholarship place on the course. (the host affiliate has a number of free places)
To be fair if there is any mix up you could sort it out during the weekend - the level 1 cert crew are a friendly bunch!

That's exactly what the guest option is for.

Hey Boz! What brings you on here after so long?

Re: Moment Of Panic..please help

Thanks guys. Looking forward to it, cant wait.

Always get nervous with this sort of thing, failure is my biggest enemy. Revising my socks off at the moment with the training guide and ill be partaking my course in Swansea Wales. I am a bit concerned as some of the workouts / routines i just cant lift to whats required or i do get a bit puffed out. I havent had the opportunity to do much work on rings as ive only been going to an affiliate for a few weeks so ive had to put up with my local commercial gym. Ive actually cancelled my membership with my local gym and now opting for buynig my own gear for home. Currently getting made a pull-up rack/dip. squat rack, bar and bumper plates im buying next month. Bit of a rushed response currently at work.

Cheers again!

Don

Re: Moment Of Panic..please help

I wouldn't worry too much Don - The two workouts don't contain any ring work at all - the first day is normally thrusters and pullups - the second day is medball cleans and pushups.
Weight wise you go with a group that are lifting the same as you - 40kg is the Rx'd weight for men.
Apart from the workout no weight is used at all - it is death by PVC for the weekend!
