Hello all. I have been lurking for a little while and I must say this is very interesting. I am glad Shane put this out but I have a question. As I am not into Crossfit just yet I would like to know just how often do you do these workouts? Is it daily? And, how do you break them up so you know which ones to do which day? Thanks in advance.

All of them lol I just did Chelsea and only got two round do to time.
5pu 10pu 15sq Every min on the min for 30minutes,right? It takes me 25-30sec for the first round and longer the second. I was not that tired just moving slower. So I wanted to know if there are mod's to the list? |

Pullups - us a band or large band than you are now, or if you can't do jumping pullups
Pushups - do them on an incline, or if you don't have something stable (like a squat rack or bench) to incline on, then do them from knees Squats - sorry but a squat is a squat, if you can't get in 15 squats scale the number of reps. |

Yes, usually lowering the number of reps is reserved for those who are physically incapable of doing the full number of reps.
