Went to CrossFit Knoxville tonight to participate in the Barbells for Boobs fundraiser. We did Grace and had a six minute time limit. I decided to be cautious since my shoulder is not 100%. I was going to go with 65# but at the last minute went with 55#.

Oh wow were my lungs ever on fire after this! I had no real reason to stop since the weight was so light. Got a crazy cough right after that didn't want to go away.

Got all 3 sets of DL unbroken-need to do better on those DU

Decided not to go with 185# because tomorrow I'm going zip lining in West Virginia and didn't want a sore back for that. Can't wait!

I know! I see other people at the gym struggling during a WOD and trying to keep a grip on the bar and I want to say "Hook Grip!!!" It makes things so much easier.

On round 2 had to stop twice for cars coming through the parking lot. On round 3 must have just been slow!

Need much work on the OHS. Did ok on the first round, but then struggled after that. First time putting them in a WOD with more than 45#. Did a lot of warming up and my shoulder held up ok. Will see how it reacts tomorrow.
