So you aren't WOD-ding w/ the class anymore? Do you two hit the mainpage together or separate?

Yeah, we decided on the way home from the cert that we need to improve some of our deficiencies so the best way to do it is to go strictly mainpage for a while. We are doing it together and helping each other out with the WODs. Partners in crime! We are also trying to hang out after to watch the 5:30 class and learn about what we need to be able to see from a teaching standpoint for future reference.

Used a blue band on all the pull ups. Seeing the chiro on Friday to see if he can offer me help with my right shoulder. For now, avoiding the kip is working wonders.
I almost gave up on this wod.

It did suck, didn't it?? We did it all outside too and it was about 93 and humid. Yuck! I'm looking forward to the one today though-
