any crossfitters boxing in the md/dc/va area? I'm looking for a good boxing gym or combativ4e ma school in the area.

Your in luck, Ruthless...Crossfit VA is in Manassas, VA. Great people, one of the best combative programs in the US, great boxing ring and coaches.

You can't do better than CrossFit Virginia. The training is world class, and they never cease to make it fun too.

We have a Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ gym in Sterling. It's the best outfitted gym in the DC area.

Yeah, we did a demo at the Thai Wat (Temple) in Sterling as part of the event.

The food was outstanding!
