Just finished the 10th Jan WOD with all of the 25 rep exercises:
25 Handstand push-ups
25 Overhead squats, 95 pounds
25 Double unders
25 One legged squats
I didn't post a particularly good time, but I am stoked anyway, because I did it with NO SUBSTITUTES. Actually the only real sub, was to increase the OHS to 100#, because it was already on the bar.
I got my 1st muscle-up about 1 1/2 months ago, and today I finished a WOD with 25 of them!
I just love CrossFit... and today I got my 10 year old son starting; he's doing the Kid's CrossFit WODs from Jeff's BrandX Martial Arts site! It's finally rubbing off...
