Re: Two a day question

My guess is they usually do a metcon or does it vary between strength work and metcon, gymnastics, etc.

I would err on the side of Outlaw Connectivity or BarbellGymnastics. Basically skill/strength work with perhaps even some monostructural cardio and pray you don't have to run or row later (which still wouldn't be the end of the world).

Re: Two a day question

If you're recovering from an injury and "no spring chicken" I would wonder why you need to do 2 a days. Overtraing/underrecovering sucks and it's a hard hole to climb out of.

Re: Two a day question

Two a days cause, I feel my class is great but in our hour we warm up, do strength or skill and then met con. So if I feel I wanna increase my strength or work more pull-ups or whatever, then when can I do it and will 4 hours of rest be to little.

Re: Two a day question

4 hours is alright. Work on strength or skills.
