Rather a journal than an accurate log.
While the gym is under construction and most of my time is spent doing that - training has been laid off.
Two days ago pulled a record deadlift at 407 lbs (185 kg) at BW of 216 lbs. 437 got pass the knees but couldn't lock. One palm had a rip from MU practice.
Today GOT my FIRST Bar MU. It was ugly and side2side, but that counts. After a couple more of those the second palm got ripped. Both hands hurts like hell now.
Last week got my record 231 lbs (105 kg) in clean and jerk (rather power clean) and 245lbx3 in Front Squat. Backing off really let me hit some PR's.
Working on assisted handstand pushups. Use paralletes, go forehead to the ground and self assist in power cage.
Goal - nail 425 dead next week. And max out on Front and Back Squat.
