Joseph 10:30 with jumping pullups and wall HSPU
Joy Beth 12:30 with gravitron 100 lbs assisted pullups and HSPU off the rail at the SRC
then deadlift practice

hands bruised from those deadlifts at CGFR #2 last night - that bar sucks
did push-press practice and jerk practice fairly light but many set of a few reps

didn't do the crossfit total yesterday as the union meeting with all its babbling just took all my energy out of me and took 7 hours off last night to go bouncing. Got to kick out about 5 dumbasses last night - one kicking and screaming girl coming up...two choke-holds
At work for CGFR today and feeling the two hours of sleep last night

Nasty girls - yesterday, the 21st.
33:12 with subbing 21 pullups and dips for each muscle on the gravitron with 90 lbs assistance.
squats really took it out of me and very sore legs today. HPC 115 instead of 135...could have done 135, but not enough room to drop it and sweaty hands...and people all around pushing their way into little squashy machines....
Joe did split jerk practice and press work with Chase. Chase managed to split his body weight - 135

Then skied four times around the field - twice what I have been doing. Trying bud light tonight - to see if it's just a wheat allergy or whether barley affects me negatively as well.
