10,9,6 assisted

100 feet lunges

Time 31 minutes

22 min eliptical

Not 10k but good enuf for me!

Handstand pushups assisted with smith machine bar.
all pullups assisted.

Great workout! looking forward to being able to do all these pullups on my own. :whip0000:

Deadlift 10-9-8 225lbs.
7-6-5-4-3-2-1 135lbs.

Bench Press all sets 205lbs.

Cleans all sets 115lbs.

This was by far the most intense and hardest workout I've done so far. It took me about 55 min. to complete and I'm glad for the rest day! :yawn:

Did some of the pullups unassisted but for the most part had to have some help. But getting better! All handstand pushups with legs on smith machine bar. Finished in about 15 - 20 min.

In 20 min at half speed I did 8 rounds of:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

got the blood flowing on my sunday, usually doesn't happen!:furious0:

20 Pull-ups

Scaled it down a bit but still felt good my back is cramping a little. :bolt:Get ready to sprint tomorrow!
