Got my first two muscle ups a couple days ago and decided to keep track of my workouts/improvements.

5km run to start in 21:45, then workout as rxed in 9:05. need to work on hspu's. the last couple sets didn't get as low as I would have liked.

10 min jog then three rounds cfwu. managed to get 12 rounds and then 5 in the 13th minute. switched grips each set between palms facing and away.

2rds cfwu then wod. scored a 20 on the 8th rnd. most were 21 or 22.

did the crossfit total and then cindy
total was 225 squat
125 press and 290 deadlift

Got 18 rounds of cindy in just under 16 minutes and met dizzy so stopped. Too bad, I was hoping for about 22-23 rounds. next time
