1st post. Took me a couple days to figure out how to figure out how to get on this message board.

Recap of the past couple days:

1/2/10

"Cindy"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

12 Rounds + 5 Pull Up's + 5 Push Up's

Little bitter. Regressed about a round from last time doing Cindy. But also have not worked out in about 3 weeks.

1/3/10

Worked on snatch skills
Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

315x3, 365x3, 425x3, 465x3, 475x3

One round of:

"Brahbrah"

20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
20 Ab roll outs
50 Squats

Know I can get heavier, but messing with my landing height and stance. Put me in a lil mental funk with the cleans.

1/10/10

Worked on muscle ups. Got my first one. Trying to work on a kip off of the rings with unextended arms. Will get better.

Push press 135x3

Handstand Pushups
2-2-3

Actually got to legit depth

Thrusters 95 lbs
Pull ups

Need to work on stringing more pull ups together. Get hands more calloused.

Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

135x3, 185x2, 225x2, 245x1, 265xF (on clean)

Push Jerk went fine, can go heavier, but still messing with my clean mechanics. Felt better than Sat, but felt a little too much wrist on right arm, grip then feels too wide to attempt the push jerk.

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

14, 9, 8, 7, 7 Bench Press 235lb
12, 7, 8, 10, 13 Pull Ups

Fixed the hitch in my decent in the pull up, thats is why I think the reps went up in the last few sets. Also had a massive callous rip on my right hand, affected grip a little bit. Feels good to bench when it comes up, because its few and far between

Three rounds for time of:
Walk on hands, 100 feet
Hold handstand against wall for two minutes
15 Handstand push-ups

Subbed 66ft sideways walk on hands for 100 ft

1 Rd in 20 min

Fatigue in shoulders built up quickly, they're not used to that workload. Had full ROM for almost all HSPU except for maybe 1 or 2 at the end.
