I've put up my building the efficient athlete DVD set and manual on ebay. For shipping I just put in the size of the package and it came up with the big number, they looked a little high to me but that's what ebay calculated it as. This is my first time selling something on ebay so I don't know.

You could use a USPS one-rate priority mail envelope, not sure what that costs.
