With referance to the Wod. Should the squats be air squats or weighted ones.

Also, do the exercises need to be done in that order? Do I need to do 50 pullups before I start my 100 squats or could I do say 15 pullups, 50 squats, 25 pushups, etc?

Yes air squats, yes in that order - all pull-ups, all squats, all push-ups.

uh oh . . . I was assuming we could mix 'em up any way we wanted . .. it's gonna take longer this way . . .

Just curious - are there any monsters out there who blew through this thing without having to do more than one set for each exercise?
