It did mate. The deads were irrelevant really as they were only 40-50&60% of 90% 1rm. The BE were on the new GHD we've bought and compared to GMs they were a lot more potent. I'll be on it daily though so will have a pop at it again somewhere down the line.

The GHD sit-ups however were no different really to using tyres, same rom just less of an ability to use the quads. Went through about 50 or so and no marks whatsoever.

You got a GHD machine, you should of said something, swiss balls work just as good and thats 2.50 for the blow up ones - jk

Lol, yeah we'll be getting another as well. Cant really get away with just one now can we?!? Might just send it back, buy ourselves a swiss balls instead and save the cash. Plan mate

You got the added skill of not falling off sideways, balance!

Seriously I did like the GHD at the sectional, could see it giving the core a really good smash front and back. In your situation its definately worth a purchase with all the clients that will get on it, there still ridiculously expensive for what they are though.

Looks like the mainpage wod is calling for you today. I personnally think that the heavy power clean/burpee combo is more fun (still going to try the HPC/burpee soon tho!)

Leon, what or how do I plan todays? Same on intensity? If I have to break the PC's? Try to keep it to a breath and don't go to muscle failier?
