As i said earlier the 'Body for life' program works because its easy. I think no matter waht people say sooner or later they get lazy and resort back to their bad eating habits. With body for life its so easy to start with that you can be lazy and still carry on with the diet. My only complait is that it is to heavily supplemented by EAS supplements. Thats just my opinion guys and I am sure there are people out there with more nutritional info than me. Another reason I like it is that I can pig out on chocolate at least one day a week
