Yeah, it looks like he is about to dump the bar in the bottom position of the Thruster. And then coming up on his toes at the end--guess I have been doing the thruster wrong all this time . . . . :happy:

Not bad for a mainstream mag, I guess--I give them credit for trying.

My thoughts exactly! I just felt like calling the mag and asking "What the f**k is he smiling about?"! :angry: Sorry if that sounds a little extreme...:proud:

Number two...Those aren't rings...those are frigging cables!

With regard to mainstream mags talking about crossfit. It'll only catch on with the good people anyway so it's probably a good thing. What I don't to see someday is CF-posers! I'd rather they hate us!:happy:
