Painstorm WODs

Since the community page has been removed we will be posting the monthly Painstorm here for you folks to get involved with.

So without further ado...

5x (continuous)
5 Min rounds
Run 400m at top of every 5 min
then
7 Deadlift 100kg
14 Box Jump, 20in
21 Wall Ball, 20lbs

Hey Nick

Not been on here in years. Kempie has been programming the painstorm for quite some time and will continue to do so here. I'm just tucked away in the corner of the gym teaching and lifting, though recently I have been back on the metcon wagon getting my *** kicked. Did this one and a few others that truly sucked.

Painstorm for May, 2013

5 rounds of the following
2 min to sprint 200m then amrap pull ups in remaining time,
2 min to do 50 double unders then amrap ring dips in remaining time,
2min to row 250m then amrap box jumps, 20" in remaining time

30 min amrap
5 hspu
10 front squats, 1/2 body weight
20 pull ups
40 double unders

Yep, sorry bout that. Eldest started school and have been a bit busy.
