5:45. row fell off way too quickly. first one was about 1:45 pace, then could barely keep it under 2.

no good. power cleans were 8,5 6,6 and then 5,4 . dumb to break up the last set. and burpees got much slower/i just got so tired on them. on 15 i think i stopped at 8, and at 9 i think i stopped at 5. also got no repped 2x in a row and need to recover quicker from that.
still better then the last time tho.

got no repped on one of the step downs b.c i forgot/hopped off. pullups were ok, kept doing all 5 unbroken and it was a fat bar so i think thats good. towards the end i wanted to come down after 3 and 4 and fought to keep going so thats good i know i can. i think i need to speed up my thrusters out of all those things.

1k run followed by 1k row.
8:05. way better then before, mostly in the row i was able to keep my stroke rate at like 26 i think (ave said to keep it at 24). but i was unable to sprint at the end.

128. then erin told me to do it again and make it look better. which i couldnt so i dropped back down to come back up but didnít have time, came back up to 123 and it felt much better tho.

183. a little wobly overhead, but still felt better then it has.

KB swings (american, 1.5pood)
HSPU (flat surface, so no plates! yay).
50 double unders.
7 minute cap.

got thru 7 KB swings of round 15. HSPUís were ok. did them in sets of 3, and failed the 3rd on on maybe my 4th set but other then that was able to do 3 all the time, and it was only b.c my feet came too far off the wall, not my arms that failed.
double unders need to get back into the rotation tho, they were too slow.

not sure what our score was. rope climbs felt very hard so im glad we did that. i only got 3 in maybe a little over a minute.

10 power cleans (108#)
20 hollow rocks
3 minute rest
10 minutes
1500m run then AMRAP of
5 squat snatches (98#)
10 toes to bars
2 minute rest
8 minutes
1000m run then AMRAP of
3 muscle ups
9 over the box burpee jumps

sigh. i hate running distance so much. should probably get to some running classes. first one, i finished the run at about 7:30. then got through 2 rounds and 4 hollow rocks. tried to do the power cleans in sets of 5, but after i took a break at 5 my grip was tired and i did 3 and then 2. last round i did 5, and then all singles.
2nd round i only got thru 8 toes to bars. this is dissapointing. the run took way too long, and then i felt very unstable on the squat snatches and did not rep them at all which is dumb. also, for toes to bars i was on a bar that rotated so i could not work on stringing them together very well.
3rd round run again took way too long. then i did 3 muscle ups and 7 box jumps in remaining time. muscle ups took a long time, but i learned i can do them even if my feet touch the ground, its just a little harder to get a good swing. i failed on my 3rd one probably 4 times or so due to not enough swing. feel happy i got 3 done tho.
